Megan Murphy

I started working at Little People's Place in November of 2018. While working, I began my training online to obtain my Level 1 in Early Childhood Education. I received my diploma in September of 2020. By 2021, i was enrolled in my Level 2, which I completed in August of 2023. I started off working in the toddler and transition rooms and spent 3 years working in our pre-primary after school program. This year I am working in our new preschool room which houses both preschool and preprimary children. I also spend a few afternoons a week working in the office, where my many years of working as a Clinic Coordinator and Medical Admin. come in handy. What I love most about my job is the relationships I build with each individual child. I enjoy watching them hit new milestones and use their imaginations during play. I am thankful I decided to change careers, I only wish I had done it sooner.
